Jesus Christ is the light of the world, the light no darkness can overcome! And through our Christian Baptism, we are all called to bring that light, that love, that hope to the people of the world.

When Pope Francis became pope, he said, “Today, amid so much darkness, we need to see the light of hope and to be men and women who bring hope to others.”

For those men and women who are discerning the possibility of living out their Baptism as religious brothers or sisters, deacons or priests, they provide hope for the world through theri faithful commitment to the Lord and their vocation of ministry, both work and prayer.
